Prima Ballerina in the Making

I was finally able to comfortably watch Abby at her dance class last 26 October.  Halleluyah!  It was just too bad hubby got sick and couldn’t join me.  I’ve been dying to share the videos I took with the digital camera (still no videocam!) but I first had to weave the clips together into a decent video.  I think my little girl may actually have a future in dance.   Well, you be the unbiased judge…if you could spare about 7 minutes of your time.  ;)

In my excitement, I didn’t realize that some of the fonts came out too small.  Oh well.  That’s amateur video editing for you.  :D

*I’ve already edited the video so the fonts are now bigger. ;)   It’s the OC in me!*

So, what do you think?  A threat to Lisa Macuja’s throne?  Hahaha! ;)   Sorry, the stagemom in me just keeps coming to the surface. :)

    ang galing naman ni abby mag-follow ng instructions. watch out na si lisa macuja, dumating na ang ballerina na papalit sa trono niya, hehe.

    kakatuwa naman si Abby… . may right naman ikaw na maging stage mommy kasi ang galing galing naman talaga ng anak mo sino ba namang mommy ang di magiging proud..

    i was following the bounce bounce and shoulder rolls for my exercise this morning….pwede na kasing maging Dance-Instruction DVD yung home movie mo…

    this will be a keeper and when Abby becomes famous, this video will surely be played. nice Mama capturing such precious moments! what a great memento!

    Junnie, I would love to see you do the bounce! Hahaha! Come to think of it, oo nga ano, para siyang dance instruction video! ;) Ibang level na ng memento ang video na ito. First time ko ginawa! Dati kasi basta video lang tapos walang editing. I’ll have to learn more about editing videos. :D

    looooveeee it! i was watching it without sounds coz sandy is sleeping. so nagulat ako nung pagkagaling sa love your knees biglang nagsplit haha, pati ako napa-split.

    Thanks, Joy! :D Marunong ka rin mag-split?! Hahaha! Nung nanjan pa kami sa Manila, nagtanong din ako ng ballet class dun sa Shangri-la, kaso 3 years old na daw dapat. Pero pag-summer, nagooffer sila ng clalsses pati sa toddlers…kasama ang mga mommies! Check mo yun! ;)

    Mommy Weng, e talagang ballerina in the making…she’s really into it, ang galing sumunod sa instructions! daig na daig yung ibang kiddies especially the one with long hair who I thought was older than Abby?
    And when Abby was on her tummy clasping her little toes, sha lang talaga nakatagal sa position na iyun.

    Thank you, Tita Thess! :D Yung girl na tinutukol mo siguro e si Emily, the one with the long blonde hair na laging nasa harap ng aking camera. Hahaha! Mas matanda nga siya kay Abby. Nakakatawa nga kasi nahihirapan si Abby dun sa “rocking horse”. Hindi niya maiangat yung chest niya sa floor! Hagikgikan kaming mga nanay at tatay habang nanonood!

    Wala pa kaming plans this weekend except for another party na pupuntahan ni Abby…siyempre sabit ang parents! ;)

    Galing ni Abby and ni Mommy!

    Abby was the only one following the instructions… the girl beside her was lost! Sana makakuha naman kami ng front row seats when Abby performs in the CCP.

    I’m also impressed with your video, Weng. You are so talented as well – fonts became too small to read but who cares. Next video please :)

When I was editing the video clips, I didn’r really pay much attention to the other kids, except the one to Abby’s right, who I thought was really good…almost as good as Abby! ;) Hahaha! You’re probably referring to Emily. Baka napipilitan lang mag-dance class. :D Free seats to doting Titos and Ninangs at the CCP! ;)

    I guess the OC in me prevailed. I’ve already edited the video and made the fonts a lot bigger. ;) I got too lazy to do it before kasi it takes a long time to save to the computer and then upload to the internet. Ayan! Ok na! ;)
